Lamide Akintobi is an award winning journalist and TV personality with over a decade of experience in front of and behind the camera.

She is currently a cross-platform producer with CNN International, producing digital content & TV shows that highlight innovators, creators and entrepreneurs across the continent.

With a B.A in Broadcast Journalism & Spanish and an M.A in International Journalism, Lamide has worked as a news anchor at Channels TV and TVC News, Nigeria, a Presenter/Producer at Ebonylife TV, as a magazine editor and a content acquisition manager. She is also producing her own independent documentary.

Lamide is an avid reader, a sewing enthusiast, an officer of the West African chapter of a global service organization – Delta Sigma Theta, and is currently (albeit very slowly!) learning Hindi.
